21st Century is highly recommended for people with a clean driving record. They are inexpensive compared to other insurance companies but keep in mind that they will never be there for you in time of need. They want your money, but when you get into a car accident, they hesitate to assist you in any way.
I recently got into a bad car accident recently. I was hit from the back and the side on the 91 freeway. Luckily, nobody was injured from the accident.
21st Century really disappointed me. I was on the phone for 20 minutes before I talked to a stupid Neanderthal. He didn’t have a clue to what I should do. He transferred me to another unintelligent person only to be transferred again. ARGH!
After all the paperwork was finished, I thought I would never have to think about the accident again. About 3 months later, I received a letter from 21st century saying that I was at fault for the accident!!! How is this possible if I was hit in the back and the side???? I am paying this insurance company to protect me in any way…and what do they do??? They said that they have to cancel my policy because I am an unsafe driver!!!! I haven’t received a ticket or been in an accident for 3 years!!! This surely demonstrates that it’s ok that I invest my money in 21st century…but it’s not ok for them to protect the insurer.
Think about the insurance company before you invest your money. Service should be #1. I am now with AAA and very happy.
