I have used Arbella Mutual insurance now for over six years, and they have been a wonderful company to deal with. I (well, actually my husband) has had several minor accidents and each time we contacted them, they were easy to deal with, quick to process my claim and better still, quick to send out the checks.
Their claims reps are well trained (I have dealt with several and all have been great) and friendly. The only issue I have with them is that they recently lowered their "Good Driver discount", which I get since my hubby had all the accidents. This almost caused me to go with another company, however when I thought about the service, and talked to others about the lousy service they had received from others, I decided that I could live without the discount in order to keep the customer service.
