Right off the start, I will confess my epinion is biased because I’ve worked for SAFECO for over 9 years. This does make me qualified to say that SAFECO lives by its core values of discipline, integrity, diligence, empathy and decency. I’ve experienced this as an employee and as an insured.
Check the news and see how many other insurance companies are being sued for deceptive practices, poor repair practices, or not covering valid claims and you will understand why it is important to be insured by a company you can trust. As the adage goes: "You get what you pay for!"
