Geico Direct is quite possibly the best insurance carrier I have ever had.
I have had Progressive-rates much too high.
I have had Nationwide-customer service much too low.
And now Geico Direct-just right.
Setting up a policy is easy either by phone or internet. Their web site is a cinch to navigate even for the computer novice. I love been able to have all my policy information at my finger tips.
Now lets talk cash. The savings really and truly are great. My family saved a whopping 20% on much better coverage.
My coverage even started the mind I gave payment information. They sent me copies of all needed paperwork by fax within 30 minutes. They are open 24 hours a day. The even greater thing is when you call you talk to a person. A real life person. I didn’t think insurance companies hired those anymore.
