I have been with USAA for about three years, while being deployed to Germany,and Bosnia. During the time in Germany I haven’t had any problem with receiving statements or updates from USAA. They have always worked with me through hard times. Even with the problem of sending out payments due to mail hold overs, or the time it takes for mail to reach Texas from Germany. USAA has always listened and understood what soldiers go through in Germany. Without my car even being here in Germany yet, USAA started a policey on my car so it was covered before I begain to drive. They also gave me the best price that beat the rest of the competiters prices. After being hit by a truck from the other side of the highway with minor damage to my car they had all the bases cover. Within the same day I had a rental car waiting for me and without having to use my own money. They took control and with in two weeks my car was in top shape. No troble no problems. Thats the way we all should be treated. Why pay top dollar for less, go with the best USAA. If you go some where else, you don’t know what you my be getting into. USAA takes good care of all their clinents.
