Geico Direct sounds like it is a good insurance company because of the low rates. But when it comes to the service, it’s not worth the money. If you have an accident they don’t want to be bothered with you. They don’t even listen to your side of the story. They just pay the other person so they don’t have to deal with the other person. Then they turn around and raise your insurance rates through the roof. You try to talk to different people to help you out, but nobody wants to bother. They didn’t even check the damage on the vehicles or even look at the police report.
