about two years ago we got usaa aout insurance, we made the first two payments fine and then the statements stopped coming, after not receiving one for about 6 weeks, I called to ask them why and they said that they cancled my policy, when I asked them why, they said that my husband hadn’t filled out all the paperwork, when I asked about it, they said it was the paperwork to verify that my husband was military, when I told them that they had sent it back to me and I had returned it to them with another signature, ( they claimed that they couldn’t read it well enough, now come on his writing isn’t that bad my 2 nd grader can read it) when I told them that, then they said we cancled for non payment, when I said I never received a bill, they said they sent one, so it was my fault,( by the way, it had only been six weeks since my last payment, and I never received a late notice, or a cancelation notice untill two months after my phone call) in all fairness their rates are great, but their customer service needs alot of work
