I am not a Progressive customer (and I never will be), I was involved in an accident with a Progressive customer who was at fault. I called the claims department for the damages to my vehicle. After 2 weeks now with no less than 30 calls to the adjuster and his manager I have found out that they decided to tell me they are not responsible for my damages. I cannot tell you how much I am disappointed about this, I have a 2004 vehicle that was 1 week old before this accident. Now I have a damaged car that MY insurance company will have to pay for, which will increase MY rates. I will never purchase auto insurance from Progressive due to the lack of help that I got from 5 different people on this issue. I spoke to several managers above the local all the way to the regional manager and got no help.
