Its difficult for me to give a complete epinion on the quality of service of 21st century auto insurance because I have never made a claim. However, I believe that’s probably common for most drivers who use this insurance plan. 21st century openly markets their advertisements towards drivers with excellent records. Therefore, it is difficult to be accepted by 21st century. If you have any marks on your record, expect to be rejected. However, if you are a good driver, its a great insurance company because they can afford to offer lower rates. Less risk equals lower bills.
Another feature I like about 21st century is the application process. They were one of the first insurance companies to offer application over the Internet. Not having to deal with an insurance broker over the phone is a nice perk. I filled in the form and in a few days I received a quote in the mail. I checked in the coverage levels I want and sent the form back, and, presto, cheap auto insurance.
I’m sure there’s a bad side to all this. One day, if I ever have to file a claim, I don’t exactly expect great service. You get what you pay for, right? Furthermore, I have a feeling that if I ever do file an expensive claim, that will surely be grounds for termination. Then I suppose I’ll have to pay full price for auto insurance for non-perfect drivers. Until then, I enjoy not paying much for a service I hope to never have to use.
