not respond to the claim. The insured person pleaded guilty to the accident, and then the Good Hands people counter sued me saying that my sons death was totally my fault. For over 2 years now Allstate has put me and my family through shear grief over a claim that should have been settled almost immediately. They had put the claim for me into a dead claims file because my physical injuries were not severe,they have also cost me over $50,000 in lawyers fees. I guess that is what they mean by Your in Good Hands with Allstate!
