I have been with Progressive for about 8 months, already. I switched to Progressive because I was looking for a lower rate. They were cheaper and a lot more convenient. Another thing I liked was that they were available 24/7. My old car insurance carrier was pretty small and only available during daytime hours. Being a mom, I can’t always make phone calls during the day. So it is so nice being able to call at late hours.

A neat thing that I have just recently discovered was their online website. They offer insurance quotes, account status, and a way to email questions to a representative. It is a very easy way to get some answers. I emailed them one afternoon and they responded within a few hours. That is a lot faster than a lot of online sites.

Every month they send me a bill and let me know how much I need to pay. It is a wonderful thing to get a reminder so I don’t forget to pay. If even I forget with a reminder, they send me another mail that says I have til a certain date to pay before a cancellation.

I am very happy with Progressive. They are so friendly and speedy. I think they are the best insurance company I have found, so far.
