I have never had any problems with Progressive Auto Insurance. I have always experienced excellent customer service over the phone as well as in their office. I was able to use their website in order to ensure I was getting the lowest comparable rate. The website by the way is extremely comprehensive and user friendly. Though I have not been in an accident myself, my mother who also carries Progressive, was last year. Her claim was taken care of very quickly and courteously. My whole family now and most of my friends swear by Progressive. You can not beat the price. No one I know has ever had any problems with them and I was very surprised to read the negative reviews here.
