They gave me a low quote. Then, after I paid, they raised it!
I thought that kind of deception was against the law, but after I read a few of the other opinions of Progressive posted here at Epinions, I’m feeling very lucky not to have had an accident.
They only threatened to cancel my policy. They actually DID cancel other peoples policy.
Actually, that brings back memories of my experience with GEICO insurance.
They DID cancel me (They claimed I didn’t send back an information update they sent me.)
Now State Farm, on the other hand, only cancelled a PORTION of my coverage — the comprehensive and collision. They inspected the car, but the agent never sent in the inspection form.
