Bam! "Oops" was all I could say to the devastated lady that I smacked into last March. Although she was very polite, I felt so bad about hitting her car. But Progressive was there! A Progressive team member came to my home in less than an hour after the accident to estimate the damages to my car. I took my car to the dealership where more damage was discovered. Progressive went right out and spoke to the mechanic. They agreed with the mechanic and forked out the $6,500 to fix my car. Naturally, this is what they are supposed to do. They did it so quickly, I was very satisfied. The woman I smacked into called me to see if I was okay. She said that Progressive came to her work the next day and wrote her a check in the parking lot to fix her car. They had EVERYTHING taken care of in less than 24 hours. I would recommend Progressive to anyone. They also have the cheapest rate I can find. Some people may experience a higher rate, but the service is worth it! Also, everyone I have ever spoken with has been very customer friendly. Thank you for reading.
