Agent unethical
Positive Reasonable rates (but I found lower rates on insure.com).
Cons: Unethical behavior.
I had to report this agent to our state insurance board, because she counseled me to lie on the application (about whether I was changing companies). She presented this as a trivial matter, but I later learned that it could have invalidated any claims. The insurance board member I spoke with said Prudential trains their agents to do this sort of thing.
