I have been insured by GEICO for 3 years now. Until recently, I’ve never had to use their services, other than paying my monthly premium - a very reasonable $58 per month!! Two weeks ago, I saw in action how customer-service oriented GEICO really is. I was in a car accident and reported it that night. They were courteous and caring, even asking me if I was OK. After I reported where I was getting my car repaired, an agent came out to the body shop with the check in hand only 24 hours later after my call. For me, that is superior service and a superior price. I would recommend GEICO very highly to anyone. They are prompt with service, reasonably priced, and totally efficient in their job. I was relieved to know I had them on my side during such a traumatic thing like an accident.
