I was reading my fellow epinion reviewers comments about Allstate and I must say that I am in the minority. Most seemed dissatisfied with Allstate’s service. I have been with Allstate for my auto insurance for five years and I have no complaints with them. My complaints would be directed to the whole insurance (scam) industry as a whole. But since that is not my focus here I won’t go into that. Insurance is a necessary evil and I think that Allstate does as good a job as any. My rates are definitely competitive with other companies. I recently bought a car so I know. I checked with several companies and they all wanted to give me higher rates because of an accident I had three years ago that wasn’t my fault (which Allstate paid for). The claim on that accident was speedy and painless. So as far as I’m concerned Allstate had treated me as a valued customer and I would recommend them
