We have been with State Farm here in Tn. for over twelve years and we are very pleased with the service. Every six months we get a written statement on what services we have with the company and how much we are paying each and every month.
Our agent has always returned our calls when we do have to get in touch with them and very prompt in doing so, and always has the correct answers for any problem we have.So far we have not had a bit of trouble with State Farm and will continue with them as long as we own cars and property.
State Farm has also told us we can never be dropped as long as we keep up with the payments on the insurance and regardless what our driving experiences are in the future.
They remember us at Christmas by sending a page of address labels to make it easier for us in addressing Christmas cards and they never fail to remember our birthdays.
According to what you have to be insured, the rates are really great. Give them a try and I don’t think you will be sorry.
