This is one of the worst insurance companies I have ever had to deal with in my life. I was involved in a not at fault accident with one of Safeco’s clients as he rear ended me at a stoplight. I filed the claim with Safeco on January 3, 2003 and here it is April 3, 2003 and I have received nothing from the company but a bunch of promised call backs that never happen. Every time they assign someone to deal with my case the next time I call back it is a different person handling my case I have gone through 7 reps. in 3 months. Every time I call and ask them when they are going to offer me my settlement they tell me they need something else from me and instead of calling or mailing me something to let me know they need something from me they wait for me to call them and try to make it sound like it is my fault that this has dragged on for three months and counting. The people at this company are very rude! I would definitely re-think your insurance options if you are thinking about insuring your vehicle with Safeco!!!
