Last spring we had a line of severe thunderstorms move through our area. They dropped large hail, heavy rain and produced dangerous lightning and high winds. Our home was damaged by the large hail. It did much damage to our roof, siding and gutters as well as our vehicles.
State Farm was prompt in the handling of our claim, even though I’m sure they had several thousand claims in our area to handle. The adjuster who came out to our house to inspect the damage was friendly and complete.
It wasn’t long before a check was issued and we were on our way to a new roof. Several of our neighbors and to fight for months with their insurance companies to receive reimbursement for their storm damage.
Even the damage to our auto was repaired quickly.
We have been extremely satisfied with the service we received from State Farm Insurance Company and will never look elsewhere for our insurance needs.
