11 May 2008Having multi-car policies (up to six vehicles at once), one driver with a less than perfect driving record, and teenagers about to start driving. Finding an automobile insurance company to fit our budget I knew would not be easy. Approximately three years ago, I decided to give Geico Direct fifteen minutes of my time. THE CALL to Geico was the BEST DECISION (concerning automobile insurance) that I had ever made.The first thing that caught my attention was the great customer service. The people I have come in contact with at Geico have always been so very polite and helpful, anytime of the day or night. The rates I found surprised me even more, something that I could afford with a very low down payment. And I have found that with each of my renewals, my rates keep going down. I personally would (and have) recommend Geico’s services to anyone that is in need of automobile insurance.
