Stay away - Allmerica - Auto
18 July 2008I went on the internet and searched for reasonable auto insurance rates (if that is at all possible) Through Insurance.com I received a quote from All America financial (Citizens Insurance / Hanover Insurance). I was weary because their quote was almost half of my State Farm insurance premium. I was also a little worried when a week after the premium went into effect, I still hadn’t received any documentation from them. When I phoned, an electronic service told me that my policy number did not exist. The live operator assured me that my policy did exist and that they were experiencing problems with updating the info. She faxed me through a confirmation.
