San Antonio, TX 78265 USAA #1624290 Mr. Jennings: I am writing to express my extreme displeasure and astonishment that USAA will not renew my motorcycle coverage. It is simply not logical to me that I have been riding motorcycles since I was 12, started street riding at 18, and I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT ON A MOTORCYCLE.

19 November 2007Foremost Insurance Company - Policy No. 276-00sssssss In March of 2003 I purchased motorcycle insurance through Foremost with a premium of about $600 per year. In 2005 I closely reviewed the premium and noticed that under the “Accidents and Violations” heading there was 1 point for what is described as accident, injury, no info.
I contacted Foremost and told them I had never been involved in a bodily injury accident and even got a statement of history from the insurance company that supports no bodily injury accidents. No points have ever showed up on my automobile insurance premium either. I contacted Foremost again and was told that the cost of the insurance would be the same even with the point taken off. I feel as though I am getting scammed.

19 November 2007I have diligently tried to pay my Motorcycle policy payment but have met road blocks repeatedly from your so-called Customer Service reps.
I was first told by them that I could remove the Uninsured Motorist-Stacked coverages on both my motorcycles on-line. So I ended up wasting time trying to follow their instructions.
When I called CS again, I was told that I had to send in a form.
I waited more than a day for the PDF form to be emailed to me, I filled out two copies, one for each bike however there is no address in the PDF for where to send it, and no instructions in the email it came attached to.
