Comparison shopping….for Insurance - InsureRate

16 August 2008

InsureRate.com offers consumers the ability to comparison shop for all types of insurance, including health, life, auto, homeowner, and even Pet insurance.

What I like most about this site is that it offers a comprehensive list of companies and provides instant quotes for most of the insurance companies, as well as the ability to apply for insurance online.

Also, InsureRate.com is partnered with various carriers and companies including EhealthInsurance.com, and Progressive Insurance Online, which allows you to receive an instant quote and apply online which is very convenient. And although the site is great if you’re looking for comparison rates (for insurance), I was already familiar with eHealthInsurance.com, which provides the health insurance quotes and info (so that wasn’t a big help).

Insurance-Assured - Progressive Group - Auto

7 August 2008

Easy. Fast. Clear. Cost efficient.

This is how I will describe my experiences with Progressive.com

I got associated with Progressive, as they were the only online insurance company who would give coverage for me as I was a Permit driver at that time. Later I continued my insurance with Progressive as they gave the best online rates and I was very much satisfied with the website and all the features online.

These are the four points that make Progressive.com attractive:

1) Fewer screens to get the quote

2) Surest lowest rate for most of the drivers.

3) Easiest interface ever, even a layman can buy insurance online with progressive.com

4) Best online customer service, eg: email service and response is awesome.

Reliance Worked For Me. - Reliance

26 July 2008

I have been a customer of Reliance Insurance for about 7 months now and I too have noticed that every month my amount due changes. It isn’t drastically different, but it goes up and down about $5 a month. I was very skeptical about getting auto insurance online and when my car was in an accident I was really concerned. I contacted a representative at Reliance and she told me a local insurance company would contact me within 24 hours. Sure enough that day I received a call from Kemper Insurance and the representative processed my claim. I had my check two business days after I submitted my estimate and they arranged for my rental car. So far I don’t have any real complaints except I think they should look into why their monthly bills seem to change every month.

"The first quote…..may be your last" - 1stQuote

24 July 2008

"1stquote.com" offers you the ability to comparison shop for term life insurance by providing a comprehensive list of insurance companies, and even allows you to apply for the insurance online. Rates are based on certain criteria such as age, health, family history, etc., and certain guidelines determine how you’re classified (standard, preferred, super preferred) this also effects your quote/rate.

The rates at "1stquote" are actually pretty reasonable, and I’m in the process of applying for term life thru one of the listed life insurance companies, and hope to change plans soon.

Locate Health Insurance Online! - eHealthInsurance.com

4 July 2008

I was diagnosed with terminal cancer. When I was terminated for "loss of work" with my last company I needed health insurance that would allow me to keep the same coverage that I once had with my group plan. I went through broker after broker and I couldn’t find a plan that would include myself and my wife.

I considered Cobra, but I found it to be way too expensive since I’d be paying the corporate rate for keeping next to nothing coverage. I needed an individual or family PPO plan… that wouldn’t rob my pockets.

Avoid using the monthly Automatic Deductions - Progressive Group - Auto

29 June 2008

I’ll make this as short and sweet while being detailed as I can.

My husband and I were looking for car insurance online and found Progressive. We liked that we could give them our credit card/bank card and have them automatically deduct the amount owed every month. We still received paper statements saying how much the bill was and how much was deducted.

The website is very user friendly and understandable.

The rates that we found were decent. They weren’t the cheapest, but with the features that the website offered and with the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and the Automatic deduction plan that Progressive offered, They just seemed like the better deal.

It Is Now Safe to Leave Your Home - eHealthInsurance.com

21 June 2008

Spending a lot of time indoors? Afraid to go out because you might come into contact with germs, or you might injure yourself? You, like I was, must be without health insurance. Never fear. eHealthInsurance.com is here.

I’ll admit it: At first I was a little skeptical about the whole idea of buying health insurance online. It just seemed a little too personal of a transaction to make on the Web. Then I found eHealthInsurance.com. The professional look of the site put me at ease right away. I realized I wasn’t dealing with amateurs.

State Farm needs to get a better excuse - State Farm Group - Auto

20 June 2008

My husband and I didn’t have a very nice experience with State Farm auto Insurance. My husband and I had been recently married back in 2002, and we were looking to change insurance companies, a few friends of ours had highly recommended State Farm Auto Insurance. So, we went online and did some research. First let me tell you a little bit about my husband and myself.

The Drivers and their vehicles

My husband was 24 years old at this time. He is in the military. He had 1 speeding ticket from a few years previous. He has a very bad credit rating. His car is a 1986 Toyota MR2 (a sports car).

If your vet clinic offers it, this is the way to go! - Pet Assure

10 June 2008

I love this service because it’s so easy to use. I pay for the service for my pets and I am ready to go!

The best aspects of the company are that I can walk into the vet clinic and show my card. I automatically get 25 percent off my bill with the exception of food or flea products. It’s that simple! No forms, no hassles, no pre-existing conditions to worry about like some of the other companies! They accept any type of pet as long as the clinic seeing them accepts Pet Assure, so it’s not just for dogs and cats. It can also be used at many groomers, pet shops and other pet friendly places for selected discounts. It’s worth every nickel spent on the policy.
