Motorcycle insurance for a 20 year old?
31 October 2007i just got a 2004 ninja zx10r, any one know of a place that has motorcycle insurance for cheap??
+1 on State Farm. On my ZX-14 they charged me $680/yr. Now, I’m a little over 10 years older, and was getting a multi-vehicle discount because I had my cars insured with them as well, however, compare that to my 46 yr. old buddy with a clean record who was paying $1400+/yr. on a Honda Blackbird. State Farm is a well kept secret for sportbike insurance. They rate by cc's only, not bike type. This means that you could insure an R6 for LESS than a Honda 750cc Shadow! They’re a bargain for sportbikes, but a rip off for cruisers.
