If you wanted to be treated like a criminal, then use PetCarePlus. I received the worst customer service from the co-owner, Robert Abram. He accused me of having double insurance and hiding history about my sick cat before I ever spoke to him. He was rude and condenscending. It takes them days to return phone calls and then they act like you are a pesty customer and can’t understand what the problem is that you want a return call. This is not insurance like they market it to be, all they do is take your money, put in your “account” and then give you your money back as you submit claims. They do not pay a portion of your vet bills and will not give you any money over what your premium. All they are doing is putting your money away for you and making interest off it. I would not recommend this to anyone who loves their pet. These people are nasty and this is a big scam.
