When I started with USAA in the early 80s they were the best of the best. But lately they have concentrated only on getting bigger, with no emphasis on staying better. What a shame to see how far this company has fallen in their shameless pursuit of size over quality. I’m just glad I got out before I had to file a claim, because they treat you poorly while they take your money. I can’t imagine how poorly they would treat you if you actually filed a claim with them. I wonder if they will rediscover what made them different, or will they just continue to take our money and ignore our needs.
